Build and deliver revenue development programs for Sales and Customer Success managers and individual contributors. Own sales methodology reinforcement, coaching, role-based development, AI-enabled learning, manager-led reinforcement, external training partnerships, and performance measurement. Partner with Revenue, Operations, GTM Engineering, and Talent teams to diagnose capability gaps and improve manager behavior, seller skills, productivity, pipeline performance, conversion, ramp, and revenue outcomes.

Lead a team managing ancillary benefits operations (life, disability, dental, vision). Oversee daily ticketing, SLAs, KPIs, and stand-ups; manage onboarding, training, and documentation; resolve escalations; triage issues to Prod/Eng/Legal; lead partner calls; and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and service delivery.

Manage day-to-day operations for medical benefits, resolve escalated carrier issues, enroll groups, maintain vendor relationships, improve systems with Product/Engineering, document processes, mentor new hires, and ensure SLA compliance.

Manage day-to-day 401(k) operations: resolve benefit inquiries, triage and escalate technical issues, work with vendors on enrollments and plan setups, assist senior staff with resources, and develop solutions to improve processes while meeting SLAs.
