Lead company-wide benefits strategy and administration for 20,000+ employees. Oversee self-insured plan funding, leave/PTO programs, compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, ACA), 401(k) governance, vendor/TPA relationships, budgeting, and open enrollment. Build and coach a team of four, integrate HRIS/payroll/benefit systems, and leverage AI/automation to scale processes and reduce risk and cost.

Manage high-volume, multi-stage technical interview scheduling across time zones; troubleshoot logistics; maintain ATS/HRIS data integrity; coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants; drive process improvements and scheduling workflows; ensure timely feedback and excellent candidate communication.

Support People Operations by managing HR and payroll inboxes, maintaining employee records in HRIS (AS400, Dayforce), facilitating onboarding from iCIMS, processing payroll documents for ADP, producing HR/payroll reports, coordinating new-hire orientation and IT setup, cross-training across People Operations, and assisting on special projects.
