Manages Central People Operations by overseeing HRIS data accuracy, transactional escalations, workflow automation, operational reporting, SLA performance, and process improvements. Leads and develops People Solutions Coordinators, partners with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership, and manages medium-to-large operational projects. The role requires four days per week in the office.

Manages compensation programs for Operations and Growth, including hourly pay structures, location-based wage grids, minimum wage compliance, sales incentive plans, quota and payout audits, pay equity analyses, and executive reporting. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, RevOps, Finance, and operations leaders; maintains compensation data in Workday and related systems; administers plan rollouts and policy governance; and provides backup equity administration support.

Support design and development of learner-centered courses and training assets. Assist with scripting, storyboarding, basic video editing, eLearning authoring, LMS content audits, deployment, evaluation of learning effectiveness, and use of AI tools to scale L&D initiatives.
