The Senior Director, HR Business Partnering at MongoDB will lead HR strategies, talent management, and organizational design to drive business growth and culture. The role involves partnering with senior leaders, influencing decisions, and managing a global HRBP team.

Leads end-to-end executive recruiting for VP-level and above positions, partnering with C-suite and senior stakeholders on search strategy, market mapping, candidate assessment, compensation, offers, and negotiations. Builds senior leadership pipelines through direct sourcing, research, and external networks; conducts confidential interviews and references; represents the employer brand; and improves executive hiring processes and market intelligence.

Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for Product & Technology leaders and HRBPs. Own new hire offers, internal equity reviews, leveling, out-of-cycle requests, and end-to-end compensation cycle execution. Lead market benchmarking, budget modeling, competitive intelligence, and global compensation projects. Build benchmarking methodologies, comp tools, and manager enablement materials. Partner closely with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and People partners to provide market insights, recommendations, and drive cross-functional compensation initiatives.
