Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for Product, Design, and Engineering teams. Develop data-driven sourcing and hiring strategies, partner with hiring managers and executive leadership, improve recruiting operations, ensure an excellent candidate experience, manage high-volume searches, support organizational change, and mentor junior recruiters.

Coordinate recruitment for R&D and technical teams by scheduling interviews across time zones, managing candidate communications, creating job postings, maintaining ATS data hygiene, and improving recruiting processes. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader Talent Team while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and independently resolving scheduling and workflow issues.

Supports People Analytics by maintaining Workday and Looker dashboards, auditing data across Workday, Greenhouse, and Snowflake, and producing reports and ad hoc analysis. Transforms people data into actionable insights, responds to reporting requests, supports advanced statistical analysis, and partners with People, BI, Data Engineering, and IT stakeholders. The role also follows data governance and security standards while managing reporting priorities independently.
