Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and tactical HR support including workforce planning, organizational design, talent and succession planning, employee relations, leadership development, and company-wide initiatives. Advise and coach employees, mentor junior HR teammates, and drive people strategy to support growth and scale in a hybrid NYC environment.

Serve as strategic HR partner to senior Revenue leaders in AMER, coordinating People Business Partners, leading talent and succession planning, advising on organizational design, driving cross-functional HR initiatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality employee relations and development across the Revenue organization.
