Partner with program managers, operations teams, facilitators, subject matter experts, and test audiences to deliver high-quality programs on schedule. Maintain content after launch, analyze learner data, and use AI responsibly to improve content creation and feedback analysis.

Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for General and Administrative roles, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview process design, candidate communication, compensation negotiation, and closing. Partner with leadership and train interview teams while maintaining accurate candidate data and reporting in Greenhouse. Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process and manage multiple openings independently.

Source and engage passive candidates for complex, hard-to-fill roles. Build talent pipelines using recruiting platforms, research, employee networks, events, and creative outreach. Develop sourcing strategies, map talent markets, analyze messaging, track search progress, and collaborate closely with recruiters and stakeholders. The role requires managing multiple searches independently while promoting diversity and effectively converting passive prospects into candidates.

Responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, sourcing qualified talent, screening candidates, negotiating offers, and enhancing the recruitment process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
