The Senior GTM Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for Go-to-Market roles, ensuring an inclusive candidate experience while driving strategic hiring initiatives and collaborating with leaders across the organization.

Own end-to-end recruiting analytics: build trusted dashboards and pipelines (funnel, conversion, time-to-fill, capacity), create headcount and velocity models, define core metrics, drive pipeline reviews with actionable recommendations, partner with Recruiting and Finance to remove bottlenecks, and use AI to accelerate analysis and QA.

Own and scale Notion's global early career recruiting strategy across internships, new grad hiring, and early-in-career pipelines. Build and lead a high-performing team, advise senior leaders, adopt AI and automation, design internship and conversion programs, track key metrics, and partner on employer branding and campus/community partnerships to attract diverse early talent.

Lead design, launch, and scale of recruiting systems and programs: interviewer training and quality, interviewer pool health, recruiter onboarding, specialty hiring programs, and cross-functional playbooks. Partner with recruiting, people, finance, and senior leadership to drive high-priority initiatives and improve hiring consistency and effectiveness.
