Lead and conduct workplace investigations, manage reasonable accommodation requests, support policy and handbook updates, deliver anti-harassment and regulatory training, track ER metrics, analyze trends and recommendations, and proactively support employee relations programs across Snap.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, lead talent and workforce planning, manage complex employee relations, design scalable people programs, drive organizational change, and use people data to influence talent strategies across multiple teams and geographies.
