Lead and develop a remote team of life claims associates to ensure accurate, compliant processing of life and accident claims. Oversee workflow in OnBase and mainframe systems, review high-cost claims, conduct audits, provide training and performance management, drive process improvements, produce reports, and collaborate with cross-functional partners including Legal, Policy Services, and IT.
