Serve as operating partner to the CTO, VP Engineering, and EPDA leaders. Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, agendas, decision materials, OKR reporting, leadership cadences, vendor spend, procurement, renewals, and budgets. Drive cross-functional security, privacy, compliance, and audit-readiness initiatives while coordinating offsites, events, and communications. Build systems and use automation and AI tools to improve organizational efficiency, information flow, and executive follow-through.

Lead strategic and operational initiatives across Nourish, from problem framing through execution and measurement. Responsibilities include designing operating models, improving systems, analyzing business metrics, identifying growth opportunities, developing recommendations, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver organizational priorities. The role may support corporate, growth, care, commercial, revenue, provider, or network strategy teams and requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Lead and execute the Revenue Strategy roadmap to maximize revenue collection, manage P&L, build 0->1 operating infrastructure for new products and partnerships, establish KPIs and dashboards, drive cross-functional alignment, and hire and manage a large internal and external team to deliver an exceptional insurance-navigation patient experience.
