Own daily workplace operations across NYC, Boston, and Nashville offices, including supplies, vendors, mail, equipment, space upkeep, and internal processes. Plan culture events, support onboarding setup, welcome visitors and employees, and coordinate travel between offices. The role is based in Brooklyn five days per week and requires occasional travel to Boston and Nashville.

Lead administration and architecture of the GTM tech stack (primary HubSpot), design scalable processes and integrations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, troubleshoot cross-system issues, run tool evaluations, and drive data-informed process improvements to optimize lead-to-revenue workflow.
