Own and build Legora’s company-wide business operations engine during hyper-growth. Support the Legal Engineering org with data, reporting, tooling, and operations. Build dashboards, automate trackers and workflows, run cadence and performance reviews, support strategic projects, coordinate hiring and onboarding, and enable repeatable pilot and rollout programs.

Provide high-touch operational support to the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer: manage calendars, travel, and email; coordinate meetings across time zones; plan offsites and team events; triage requests; review expenses; improve team systems; and keep projects and communication running smoothly.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations for a U.S.-based company, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll execution while collaborating with PEO.
