Drives strategic initiatives from business case development through execution and serves as a workforce planning center of excellence.

Lead and improve FCM operating model for listed derivatives by designing scalable processes, controls, and tooling. Drive launch readiness, automation, vendor management, and cross-functional initiatives while monitoring operational stability, reporting, and regulatory requirements in a high-stakes regulated environment.

Lead AI-informed workforce capacity planning and forecasting for Compliance Operations. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Ops to build scenario-based staffing models, cost and OpEx forecasts, and drive opportunities from analysis through execution. Communicate capacity risk and regulatory readiness to senior leadership and act as a WFM center of excellence across adjacent teams.
