Manage and optimize deal desk and order-to-cash processes, supporting Sales and Account Management in quoting, approvals, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Maintain Salesforce accuracy, troubleshoot system issues, launch SKUs, process license upsells, review vendor contracts, and drive process and system improvements to increase efficiency and deal velocity.

Coordinate and monitor abstraction operations for a remote clinical abstraction workforce. Track KPIs, analyze trends, recommend workflow improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and support projects to improve efficiency and reliability of unstructured-to-structured clinical data abstraction.
