Own and maintain policy documentation and processes, manage the Policy teams priorities, monitor enforcement trends, and partner with Moderation, Data, Product, and Ops to measure, iterate, and improve policy implementation and decision quality across global teams.

Develop and manage educational materials and projects for internal and external stakeholders. Provide direct educational support to cross-functional teams, scale and improve internal training, and collaborate with Operations, Policy, and Product to ensure materials reflect current policies, product changes, and legal/regulatory standards.
