Leads and scales Datadog’s global Executive Support organization, including executive assistants, team leads, and managers. Defines the function’s strategy, operating model, policies, and playbooks; manages headcount planning, resource allocation, and organizational design; improves processes; handles sensitive escalations; and partners with Finance, Legal, People, and business leaders. The role requires executive-level support expertise, strong discretion, systems thinking, and travel to global offices and conferences as needed.

Partner with Channels & Alliances to run recurring operational processes, build and maintain Salesforce reports/dashboards, ensure data integrity, coordinate vendors, document playbooks, identify automation/AI opportunities, and support cross-functional stakeholders to scale GTM operations.

Owns the operational infrastructure supporting Technical Solutions Enablement, including systems, governance, knowledge management, workflows, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement. Manages intake, handoffs, business requirements, dashboards, tool rollouts, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Provides project management for strategic priorities and OKRs while partnering with systems, analytics, technical, and business teams to improve scalable execution.

Leads the GTM Enablement Operations center of excellence, establishing operating models, governance, processes, technology capabilities, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. Manages Operations and Systems & Analytics teams, develops measurement frameworks and dashboards, and oversees major cross-functional initiatives such as sales kickoffs and enterprise launches. The role requires executive stakeholder management, enterprise technology implementation, organizational leadership, and continuous improvement across a high-growth SaaS environment.
