Lead strategy and execution for Notion's Partner programs: build revenue and capacity models, run planning cadences, define systems and reporting, optimize partner processes, design incentives and tiering, and partner cross-functionally to scale ARR growth and improve partner experience.

Build and run the operational engine for Notion's global community programs: design scalable databases, automations, workflows, and dashboards; manage onboarding, member support, reimbursements, swag and vendor logistics; define measurement, reporting, and data hygiene; and improve scale through integrations, automations, and AI-enabled workflows.

The role requires managing Notion's global go-to-market strategy, alongside GTM leadership, to drive performance, operational efficiency, and scalable insights through data analysis and strategic initiatives.
