Lead a team of Risk & Controls analysts to manage issue management, control monitoring, and stakeholder reporting. Own remediation frameworks, approve corrective action plans and evidence, drive standardization, support RCSA and control testing, prepare executive reporting, coordinate with Legal/Compliance/Internal Audit, and support regulatory exams while embedding risk into product and operational decisions.

The Director will oversee Mastercard's Partner Advantage Program, ensuring program execution, compliance, risk management, and performance reporting while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
