The Senior Implementation Project Manager will lead the implementation lifecycle for clients, manage project plans, communicate progress, and ensure client satisfaction through collaboration and support.

Lead revenue operations for sales, account management, and customer success by owning processes, metrics, and ad-hoc analysis. Optimize tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot), integrate people/process/systems strategies, escalate and resolve revenue issues, and provide data-driven insights to support growth and executive decision-making.

The VP of Revenue Operations will enhance the operational infrastructure for sales and client management to drive efficiency and success, ensuring high standards in the customer lifecycle and strategic planning.
