Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CISO Infrastructure and Cloud Services leadership team. Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, action tracking, communications, cross-functional alignment, scheduling across time zones, travel logistics, and process improvements to ensure efficient leadership operations.

Support site affairs and business operations for the Pearl River Vaccines site by planning events, coordinating logistics, managing site communications, compiling and analyzing operational data, maintaining automation tools, and supporting external and colleague engagement programs. Produce written and multimedia materials, assist leadership and CRGs, track budgets and metrics, and improve processes and information channels to enhance site reputation and operational efficiency.
