Lead a facility-level field operations team, managing fleet, inventory, Field Service Managers and technicians. Drive CSAT, first-time-right, productivity and cost controls; hire, mentor and evaluate managers; ensure equipment availability, safety compliance, site upkeep, and operational performance against financial and program goals.

Lead and develop a team of 8–10 field technicians to ensure quality customer service, safety compliance, fleet maintenance, training, on-site inspections, escalations resolution, and performance improvement. Coach technicians, support onboarding and ongoing training, work hands-on as needed, and manage vehicle maintenance and safety standards.
