Ensure workflows meet governance, audit, change-control, rollback, and regulatory requirements. Track automation, reliability, compliance, and MTTR metrics while enabling safe experimentation and scalable production implementation in a regulated environment.

Owns product vision execution by translating customer and business needs into prioritized requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile team backlogs. Partners with architecture, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to deliver solutions, manage risks and dependencies, evaluate defects, monitor OKRs, and present product outcomes. Supports governance forums, product proposals, roadmap communication, and continuous Agile and process improvement within a complex financial services organization.
