Lead the roadmap and commercial growth of Braze’s Content Cards and Banners products. Drive customer adoption, faster content creation, AI-powered authoring, API capabilities, enterprise access controls, reliability, performance, and observability. Partner with engineering, design, SDK, sales, support, and enterprise customers while defining product metrics, managing technical tradeoffs, and delivering scalable, programmable in-product messaging experiences.

Develop and execute pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for Braze’s B2B SaaS offerings. Analyze markets, competitors, customer needs, and revenue performance; build forecasts and financial models; establish KPIs; and lead pricing changes from analysis through launch. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success, and other teams while creating scalable monetization frameworks and communicating recommendations to executives.
