As a Senior Product Manager on the Inbound team, you'll define product vision, collaborate across departments, and drive systems to enhance inbound revenue capture, enrichment, and scheduling.

Own the Dialer product vision and roadmap to improve reliability, performance, and adoption. Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Data, Support, and GTM to ship workflow and platform improvements, measure impact, and increase connect rates, calls completed, and meetings booked.

Own the development of Autonomous AI Agents, orchestrating multi-channel execution, building trust models, and ensuring AI quality and evaluation. Engage with customers, prototype using AI tools, drive cross-functional alignment, and measure impact on behavior and performance.
