The Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy - Payment Performance will lead commercialization efforts for Adyen's offerings, focusing on customer insights, product prioritization, and go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and value creation.

Lead Adyen's global hardware strategy and vendor ecosystem. Define 3–5 year device roadmaps, negotiate complex partner development and supply agreements, translate merchant needs into technical requirements, scale certification and distribution globally, and push vendor-led hardware innovation (biometrics, connectivity, custom designs).

Lead long-term strategy, product offering, and go-to-market for platform and marketplace customers. Drive commercialization, gather customer insights to prioritize product roadmaps, and enable global GTM execution while influencing cross-functional stakeholders to grow revenue and adoption.
