Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation, adoption, and stabilization. The initial focus is a Workday implementation, requiring coordination across business teams, technical specialists, senior stakeholders, and external partners. Responsibilities include defining outcomes and delivery plans, managing dependencies and risks, evaluating technical options, leading change adoption, coordinating testing and rollout, measuring value, and establishing sustainable ownership.

Design, launch, and operate a scalable partner program: build tiering, governance, onboarding, portal operations, performance tracking, deal registration, and co-sell workflows while aligning Partnerships with Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Success.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations and integrations for enterprise customers, acting as the primary technical contact. Configure SSO and DMS integrations (iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments), manage API connections, provide post-rollout support, deliver technical training, coordinate across Sales/Engineering/Customer Success, and feed implementation insights back to product and engineering.
