Configure SSO and DMS integrations (iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments), manage API connections, provide post-rollout support, deliver technical training, coordinate across Sales/Engineering/Customer Success, and feed implementation insights back to product and engineering.

Lead end-to-end post-merger integration for acquired companies: translate deal thesis into plans, run day‑1 readiness through closeout, coordinate People/Legal/Finance/IT/Product/GTM, track retention and integration progress, build repeatable playbooks, and advise deal teams on integration readiness and risks.
