Lead and develop a team of PMS Solutions Managers to deliver Enfusion implementations and client onboarding. Oversee project planning, staffing, risk management, and escalations while designing complex workflow and accounting configurations. Partner with cross-functional teams and Valuation & Risk to resolve trading, P&L, position, and reconciliation issues, and drive process improvements and knowledge sharing to reduce cycle times and improve client outcomes.

The role involves owning end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives, building project charters, coordinating with teams, identifying risks, and enhancing program management practices.
