Lead concurrent, enterprise-level customer deployments of Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange from kickoff through closure. Manage planning, execution, governance, risks, resources, documentation, milestones, escalations, and formal sign-off. Serve as the primary customer advisor while coordinating technical specialists and cross-functional teams. Projects include Zero Trust deployments, security-tool migrations, architecture assessments, and optimization programs. The role also requires executive communication, technical workshop facilitation, and use of AI-driven project management tools.

Lead the development, optimization, governance, and measurement of Zscaler’s Customer Success service portfolio across Professional Services, Technical Success, and Support. The role evaluates service offerings, improves documentation and processes, establishes KPIs, audits portfolio effectiveness, collaborates cross-functionally, and recommends strategic enhancements to improve customer outcomes and adoption.
