This individual contributor role focuses on program design and operations rather than managing individual customer engagements.

Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts and Technical Program Managers to define and execute the CX technology strategy and roadmap. Oversee full lifecycle of CX systems, vendor relationships, AI adoption, data integrations, governance, and cross-functional delivery to drive operational excellence for post-sales functions.
