Owns the operating cadence and internal strategy for Navan’s global real estate and workplace portfolio. Responsibilities include managing lease obligations, portfolio calendars, broker relationships, transaction workstreams, business cases, occupancy and capacity planning, financial assumptions, stakeholder alignment, project tracking, and executive decision materials. The role also establishes repeatable standards and applies AI-enabled workflows to improve portfolio visibility, reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency across international locations.

Lead cross-functional GTM strategy and operations initiatives for account teams. Develop value-engineering frameworks, engage clients and stakeholders, launch scalable service offerings, improve account health and change management, and synthesize executive-level insights from dashboards and client feedback to maximize revenue and net retention.

Partner with the CIO to define and execute the CIO department strategy, drive IT governance and budgets, lead cross-functional strategic IT programs, set OKRs and KPIs, and establish pragmatic AI and security policies to align technology investments with business goals.
