Manage day-to-day creative operations: intake, prioritization, assignments, deadline tracking, asset/version control, and delivery. Coordinate designers, client services, media and vendors, report on capacity and workflow metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements and tools to scale creative production.
