Own inbound on-time delivery and cost for domestic and international vendor shipments into two fulfillment centers. Lead carrier relationships and negotiations across five freight modes, validate freight invoicing, enforce vendor delivery accountability, align planning and buying, and partner with Product/Engineering to automate reporting and workflows.

Lead Babylist's merchandise planning, allocation, and inventory strategy for $1B+ scale. Build and scale the Planning org, drive forecasting/allocation platform adoption, set operating standards and KPIs (in-stock, weeks of supply, aged inventory), own inventory deployment and drop-ship strategy across distribution, and partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data/Finance to improve customer experience and working capital.
