Leads technical sourcing strategy for data center hardware and infrastructure portfolios. Owns supplier selection, RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, negotiations, contracts, cost modeling, supply resilience, supplier performance, and lifecycle management. Partners cross-functionally with engineering, finance, legal, operations, and planning teams to secure capacity, optimize total cost of ownership, mitigate supply risks, and support transitions from prototype through global production deployment.

Maintains accurate inventory of servers, networking equipment, and other IT assets across data centers. Coordinates shipping, receiving, storage, and resource allocation; conducts audits; updates inventory records; prepares reports; resolves discrepancies; and collaborates with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance. The role is fully onsite, requires handling heavy objects, and may involve travel to other data center locations.

Oversee vendor lifecycle operations, including onboarding, tax and banking verification, catalog setup, record maintenance, data cleanup, and process documentation in Coupa. Coordinate with stakeholders, procurement operations, IT, vendors, and offshore resources. Lead day-to-day offshore workloads, enforce service levels and compliance controls, resolve escalations, maintain procedures and workflow documentation, and report operational metrics to procurement leadership.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for enterprise supply chain systems supporting GPU cloud and data center operations. Drive discovery, delivery, integrations, automation, KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, lead time), telemetry, and stakeholder alignment across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Lead category strategy, RFPs, negotiations, and supplier selection for data center infrastructure equipment and services. Manage supplier KPIs, risk mitigation, procurement delivery, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, construction, supply chain, and finance. Support construction schedules, logistics, Workday receiving, and continuous process improvement to meet rapid data center growth.

Develop and maintain forecasts for cloud infrastructure, align capacity with sales, collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Ops to optimize resource allocation, track forecast accuracy and utilization, and provide strategic insights to leadership to avoid deployment bottlenecks.
