Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection for instructional and fellowship roles (especially ClassiCorps). Source candidates, manage candidate experience, run interviews, analyze recruitment data, represent the organization at outreach events, and support talent initiatives with the Director of Talent to improve hiring outcomes and retention.

Support daily non-instructional school operations including office management, procurement, vendor and invoice processing, student records and transportation coordination, event logistics, facilities requests, shipping/receiving, and project execution while ensuring compliance and strong customer service to staff, students, and families.
