Provides strategic recommendations across events, talent, customer engagement, hospitality, media, and content initiatives. Supports senior account leadership and cross-functional agency integration while maintaining detailed records and delivering client-facing partnership marketing programs.

Drives revenue by sourcing, developing, pitching, negotiating, and closing integrated sports marketing partnerships. Builds prospect pipelines, develops proposals and sales presentations, manages client and internal relationships, meets revenue targets, and delivers forecasting and pipeline reports. Requires strong sports and entertainment industry knowledge, established brand decision-maker relationships, excellent communication, independent problem-solving, multitasking, and flexibility for travel and nontraditional hours.
