Lead day-to-day account management for advertiser/agency relationships, oversee other account managers, drive upsell and renewal opportunities, partner with Sales and Ad Ops for campaign planning, activation, optimization, and present performance insights to maximize client growth and retention.

Coordinate end-to-end digital ad campaigns: setup, launch, optimization, and post-campaign reporting. Work closely with Account Managers, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely asset delivery, monitor performance, recommend optimizations, and drive client satisfaction to support renewals and growth while maintaining knowledge of ad product specs and business rules.

Lead process improvement in a Distribution Center using WPS and Lean/Six Sigma methods. Drive KPI analysis, eliminate losses, create standard work, manage savings projects, support deployment of playbooks, and develop associates through coaching and supervision to improve operational performance.
