The Partner Success Manager will lead the Dropship program, manage account relationships, mentor team members, and drive partner engagement and growth strategies for success.

Manage and grow North American boutique partnerships by driving sales, optimizing operational performance, negotiating commercial terms, conducting business reviews, onboarding boutiques, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet service and profitability KPIs.

Receive and authenticate incoming consignment merchandise, enter accurate product and inventory data into systems, report discrepancies, mark and process items, maintain a safe and organized workspace, collaborate with managers and warehouse teams, and build consignor relationships.
