Associate, Client Development & Strategy
Description:
This is a SaaS business development & marketing role. This employee will be responsible for working closely with Force’s Head of Client Development and marketing teams to execute our strategic plan in building partnerships with leading healthcare organizations. In this opportunity, you will learn a lot working with leadership of a rapidly growing start-up as well as from interacting with progressive healthcare executives & Orthopaedic surgeons.
Commitment:
Associates at Force need to complete a 3-month paid apprenticeship. Over the course of the apprenticeship, he/she will meet with the VP of Client Development to establish responsibilities and goals, and determine if the candidate is a good fit for a full-time salaried position at the company. Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Develop new and execute existing lead gen & marketing strategies to leading hospital systems
- Collaborate with team to develop key market and growth strategies
- Researching the market / prospective clients and generating target lists
- Executing drip marketing & pipeline nurturing campaigns
- Discovering new leads, tactics and strategies through internet research and news monitoring
- Write periodic blog posts and create content in support of Force’s thought-leadership and content initiatives

Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-3 years of experience in SaaS technology -- marketing, sales, business development, product strategy. Strong entry-level candidates will also be considered.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability and aptitude to perform demonstrations of the Force solution to healthcare executives
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone
