Description:
As a Patient Success Associate, you will be the face of Force Therapeutics to our patients, and the voice of our patients within the team. You’ll help patients navigate our product, answer questions, and resolve issues by collaborating with different teams across the company.
Commitment:
Associates at Force need to complete a 3-month paid apprenticeship. Over the course of the apprenticeship, he/she will meet with the VP of Client Development to establish responsibilities and goals, and determine if the candidate is a good fit for a full-time salaried position at the company.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients via phone calls and messaging on our secure platform
- Answer questions and resolve issues related to technical problems
- Help patients get the help they need, including directing patients to the appropriate contact
- Empathize and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with patients
- Listen to patient’s comments, concerns, and suggestions, and convey information internally
- Participate in projects to improve our patient experience

Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Prior healthcare or service experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
