Position:  Business Development Manager - Julius

Reports to:  VP, Sales

Position Mission: 

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, intellectually curious, and results driven Business Development Manager to grow the Julius business. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone seeking to be a part of a fast-paced team while forging relationships with executive level industry leaders. You will be expected to operate with integrity and diligence as you navigate your way to closing enterprise level deals at high profile agencies, media companies & brands. 

More about your role and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Development Reps to effectively qualify leads and build your pipeline
  • Apply focus to closing your key accounts and operate with transparency
  • Present product demonstrations to qualified prospects
  • Create custom pricing packages in appreciation of your prospects size, budget, and needs
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting through close, with an understanding of where they are in the process and a clear next steps
  • Build, maintain, and document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM software including daily/weekly activities, pipeline and forecast
  • Research and understand the economics of your prospects to inform your strategy for closing an enterprise partnership
  • Provide thought leadership both internally and externally
  • Relay client and market feedback to the product and marketing team

Relevant Experience and Skills:

  • 4+ years B2B sales experience
  • Excellent listening, strategic thinking, and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong in-person presentation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and sell to executives and high level management
  • Solutions oriented with excellent problem solving skills
  • Understanding of the advertising/marketing landscape a plus
  • Sales experience with a SaaS based product a plus
  • Thrives in a competitive and fast-paced startup environment
