Director, Strategic Partner

We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Partner Director, with strong sales experience, to join our growing Partner Team. The Strategic Partner Director will be responsible for working with our Preferred Partners to help them offer Yext’s full suite of solutions to their customers. The Strategic Partner Director will play an integral role in our business, building strong working relationships with our agencies and resellers. The Strategic Partner Director will work with cross-functional teams, prospects, and Preferred Partners to expand service offerings to include Yext and deliver great customer experiences to their end customers. Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Partner & Agency Sales and Servicing teams to help drive new revenue opportunities
- Facilitate sales, service, and platform trainings of the Yext Knowledge Engine™ to enable Preferred Partners to effectively prospect and service new accounts
- Consult with Preferred Partners on pipeline review and engagement models for existing contacts to market new service offerings
- Oversee the lead submission process between Preferred Partners & Yext
- Liaison with Preferred Partner and Yext Revenue Team throughout the co-sale process
- Provide guidance and oversee commission payments with Preferred Partners
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage Preferred Partners’ expectations
- Collaborate with Preferred Partners to help them drive success and retain our mutual clients
- Stay abreast of industry and company news, innovations, and trends to deliver expertise and ongoing value with Preferred Partners
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business or related field
- 5-8+ years of professional experience
- Diligent attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with Account Executives to deliver client solutions
