Job Description
As an integral member of ServiceNow's Global Enablement Team, the Enablement Manager, Sales Role Excellence, is responsible for creating relevant, meaningful, high-impact enablement materials, programs, and platforms for different personas for ServiceNow's Global Sales teams. Successful candidates will have an in-depth understanding of solution-selling and a proven track record in driving content design, development, deployment, and delivery.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in cross-organization collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders across enablement functions, operations, GTM and senior leadership. Having tight alignment and partnership with the other enablement teams within ServiceNow is critical to success.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Build and invest in strategic relationships with sales teams and senior leadership
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize and align enablement needs according to overarching company priorities, market conditions, and gaps
• Develop and deliver role-specific learning paths and skills programs that meet the needs of the business
• Continual optimization of enablement programs aligned with company priorities, stages in the sales cycle, and the customer buying process
• Drive adoption and build integration of the recommended enablement systems and best practices
• Assist in creating a complete accreditation program and coaching culture that reinforces selling skills, selling motions, and best practices
• Identify and create tracking on critical metrics that indicate the effectiveness and overall engagement
Qualifications
You're an ideal candidate if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are flexible and comfortable with changing priorities, can distill large amounts of information into simple concepts, and can build effective working relationships cross-functionally.
You will have experience in enterprise-level software sales or consulting roles, and deep knowledge of the end-to-end sales lifecycle is essential.
To be successful in this role:
• 5+ years of related experience with a focus on enterprise software sales and/or enablement
• Understanding of complex sales cycles, processes, and sales methodologies
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Proven success in scoping, designing, and implementing outcome-based enablement programs using adult learning principles
• Proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed
• Ability to collaborate and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
• Ability to identify and resolve roadblocks through strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to establish executive sponsorship and secure support from diverse internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to deliver programs successfully
• A track record of driving strategy and results with people who do not always report to you while maintaining positive relationships
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools of the trade
