We are looking for outstanding Global Head of Agency Partnerships to join our Global Agencies & Top Accounts Team (GAAT).  The team plays a critical role in developing senior business relationships and partnerships with the world's biggest agencies and brands. This role will report into the Global Head of GAAT and requires a senior (and proven) leader who can lead Spotify’s relationships and partnerships with the world’s largest agencies and holding companies.  Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead a team of Global Holding Company Leads and Managers focused on the Big 6 Network
  • Manage the pilot of a US Agency Team structure (with the US Head of Sales)
  • Act as a senior leader on the GAAT team, working closely with the Global Head of Accounts, Global Head of Trading and Global Head of Data
  • Work with the team to develop and execute industry leading Global Holding Company Partnerships
  • Build Spotify’s Global Agency Strategy, define global engagement strategies and programs that yield optimal effectiveness and ROI
  • Own and develop C-level relationships at Global Agency and Holding Company level, in order to drive deep strategic consideration of Spotify’s advertising business
  • Develop internal business planning processes and cadences that drive tight alignment and collaboration, including carefully co-ordinated Global-Local Planning  
  • Maintain collaborative and highly communicative relationships with local and cross functional internal stakeholders
  • Act as the Global Agency microphone to internal teams in order to ensure effective strategy development and execution across partner solutions, product, marketing, data and analytics.
  • Represents Spotify at relevant industry events and industry organizations
  • Work from our office in New York
Who you are:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a business related subject with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in marketing, consultancy or media sales
  • You are highly strategic with strong analytical skills; experience using quantitative and qualitative data
  • You have a strong sense of personal organization and project management abilities
  • You are energetic and will thrive in a dynamic atmosphere
  • You are an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills, which will be used to interact with internal and external leadership
  • You are experienced in working with or for agencies
  • You have a strong customer focus, with an understanding that our customers are both internal and external
