Practice Growth Consultant
Our mission is to serve cancer patients and our customers by dramatically improving treatment and accelerating research. Our team is building a disruptive, oncology-specific software platform that connects cancer centers across the world on a common technology infrastructure to address key healthcare challenges. Today, the Flatiron Health OncologyCloud™ platform includes the industry-leading electronic medical record for oncology, a first-of-its-kind analytics tool, patient portal, and integrated billing management. Our goal is to help cancer centers leverage real-world oncology data at a scale and clinical depth never before seen, to advance cancer care and accelerate research.
As the Growth Strategy Consultant, you will partner with our community oncology practices to help them grow In this role, you help community oncology practices with all aspects of growth execution, including opportunity identification, financial modeling, business and partnership development, and stakeholder alignment. We are looking for a leader who will build deep relationships, be willing to get into the weeds to achieve repeatable results and ensure the success of our customers. This position requires outstanding problem-solving, analytical and communication skills, experience discovering and understanding complex operations spanning multiple teams and stakeholders, and a keen understanding of business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Growing Flatiron partner practices
- Develop and execute all aspects of strategies to grow partnered Flatiron customers
- Incubate new ideas with partner practices to help them grow
- Work with relevant stakeholders at our partner practices and our practices’ partners
- Identify repeatable strategies, and implement them across multiple Flatiron customers
- Work cross-functionally across Flatiron teams to support growth strategies and see complex project through to completion
About You:
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple simultaneous projects and priorities with minimal guidance
- Comfortable managing and running high-level meetings with executives at practices and partners
- Innovative and willing to think outside the box
- Nose for value - you’re able to effectively prioritize and think strategically in a challenging, rapidly changing, and time sensitive environment
- A high degree of comfort with ambiguity - you’re able to quickly develop hypotheses with limited information
- Demonstrated ability to carry a collaborative culture and management style to interactions with other stakeholders, including those at Flatiron and the customer
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with the ability to structure/distill complex issues
- Demonstrated ability to learn extremely quickly

- Experience in practice management in community oncology
- Advised medical practices on growth strategies
- Experience with oncology billing/revenue cycle management technology or workflows
