How has your career grown since starting at the company?

My career at Augury has grown far beyond what I could've imagined in less than a year. I started as the Office Experience Manager & now a Technical Instructional Designer (which is basically my dream job!) I was consistently given opportunities to stretch & grow myself & felt supported along the way. Augury values its people and internal mobility.

Kristen

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

We hire intelligent people and make sure they are having fun while believing everything they imagine can be real. Inspired by Einstein & Picasso, we let our teams play with new technologies in hackathons, collaborate in design thinking sessions with customers, and bring inspiring lectures to provoke our thinking.
