The Sales Coordinator will play a major role in helping the JW Player Sales and Account Management teams win a significant part of the online video market with a focus on selling to publishers and brands on a global level. You will actively work to develop target customer lists for the sales teams and assist with discovering a company’s willingness to partner with JW Player, all while building a sustainable network to help evangelize the JW Player brand.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify top targets for the JW Player sales teams
• Work closely with your counterparts to coordinate handoffs and up-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure account growth attainment within customer accounts
• Liaise between the JW Player technical support team and sales teams
• Maintain client email database and facilitate regular email updates
• Support and assist designated sales managers in daily administrative duties

Qualifications:

• 0-1 year experience within B2B and technology
• Outstanding communication, time management and organizational skills
• Results oriented with a sense of urgency and passion for success
• Excellent phone and email communication skills
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred but not required
