HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Direct Agents. Utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, and Yesware, the role aims to secure introductory calls with key decision-makers in potential client companies.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct market research to identify target industries and companies that could benefit from Direct Agents' services.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to search for new business opportunities within the digital marketing sector.
  • Use Pipedrive CRM to manage and track leads, ensuring that all relevant data is up-to-date.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities within Pipedrive, ensuring that statuses and details are accurately recorded.
  • Identify the appropriate Marketing Executives within target companies to reach out to.
  • Craft and send personalized outreach emails and messages.
  • Secure introductory calls with identified Marketing Executives to discuss potential collaboration.
  • Provide weekly reports on lead generation metrics, using Advanced Analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further nurturing and closing.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and insights to better identify potential clients.


Industry Mastery

  • Collaborate seamlessly with various internal departments, maintaining a deep understanding of our agency's capabilities and solutions.
  • Attend and actively participate in conferences, and industry events to enhance your industry knowledge as well as Direct Agents' visibility and network with potential clients.

YOUR BACKGROUND

1+ Years of Professional Experience 

  • You’ve successfully navigated the realm of sales or marketing for at least 1 year, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and drive tangible results. Your experience reflects your dedication to the art of relationship building and achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales outreach tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.

This role is based in our NYC office and you must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office for this role.

  • A competitive salary $55,000 - $60,000 with reviews based on performance with opportunities for sales based bonuses
