The Responsibilities:

  • Based out of our NYC Headquarters, you will be in a high visibility role that is responsible for support Kargo’s Sales and Account Management team to maximize Kargo’s revenue
  • You will be responsible for developing solutions on how to best marry a client’s request with Kargo’s capabilities
  • You will be responsible for the completion of all media plans
  • As a SalesPlanning Coordinator, you will both be exposed to more technical aspects such as ad servers and data implementation, as well as analytical tasks including inventory and revenue trends
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve overall yield of Kargo’s revenue streams. Teams include Publisher Operations, Campaign Management, and Inventory & Yield
  • Assist in developing quantitative models to drive inventory forecasts as well as sell-through rates
  • Work closely with Sales, Account, and Publisher management across all regions to drive and define supply & demand trends

Cross-departmental Champion:

  • Possess a willingness to do what it takes to get to the route of any issues, surface it and suggest remedies that work to best of each team’s - and Kargo overall - interests.
  • Improve and implement processes with revenue operations, platform, product, technology, and sales teams to create more efficient workflows

Data-driven Decision Maker:

  • Provide recommendations for ad product packaging, pricing and sales strategy for direct and programmatic campaigns based on market analytics
  • Proactively manage inventory segments and impression estimates
  • Implement pricing controls and business rules, with other departments
  • Assist in developing and maintaining interdepartmental processes for sales processes and approvals

The Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in inventory and/or analytics in digital landscape
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, time, and interpersonal management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, vLookups, SumIfs, etc.)
  • Proactive and able to prove thought leadership
