Role
Reorg is currently looking for a player-coach Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic commercial team. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with large Buyside accounts through subscription renewals and expansion, uplifts and cross-selling of additional Reorg products. Additionally, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing a team of junior account managers. This role is ideal for an accomplished account management professional who is looking to expand and hone their people management skills.
This full-time position is located in our New York City offices.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the renewal cycle for Reorg’s subscription relationships covering a book of large Buyside clients
- Manage key client interactions with a determined focus on expansion opportunities within accounts and subscription renewals targeting 115%+ net retention
- Collaborate with customer success to deliver excellent client service and customer experience
- Coordinate with Reorg’s product team to identify opportunities for product and platform enhancements
- Track and analyze KPIs and product usage on accounts to determine appropriate relationship management strategy
- Manage a team of junior account managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and action-oriented team culture.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an account management role selling credit/financial data solutions to buyside accounts
- Strong ability to build relationships and business partnerships to meet and exceed net retention targets
- Ability to navigate and strategize across a complex and competitive landscape
- Proven success in hitting quota and retention targets
- Some experience in people management a plus; possesses strong leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly; ability to keep on top of all requirements with multiple ongoing workstreams
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Experience with Salesforce
- Solid understanding of credit markets preferred

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The salary range estimate for this position is $130,000-$150,000.
The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
