Job Description
The role sits within the Affluent Product Expansion team.You will steer the product and experience optimization across the Affluent Product Expansion team and work closely with partners in Finance, Marketing, Servicing, Digital, Corp Development and Connected Commerce Line of Business.
Job Responsibilities

  • Be a dynamic leader with experience in the premium HNW financial product space
  • Manage and support the strategy and brand, manage a complex program, and ultimately deliver on our product vision and execution.
  • Build and leverage cross functional relationships to drive new product development and effectively deliver and execute on key product initiatives and strategies, with an analytical yet customer-focused lens.
  • Support development of our portfolio strategy through industry awareness and competitive insights, market research studies, and customer segmentation and analysis


Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years of proven premium strategic partnership and client experience, with knowledge of financial product management
  • Analyze customer feedback and insights that will drive product decisions and prioritization
  • Lead cross functional working teams in order to deliver on our product roadmap, particularly as it relates to servicing and value proposition
  • Partner with operations and travel to drive a servicing model and create business requirements for execution
  • Support the creation of a marketing and communication strategy/playbook for our new product and customer segment
  • Develop materials for Business Reviews with executive leadership and other forums by crafting a comprehensive story of our product strategy
  • Partner with Corporate Development, Digital, and Strategy to execute on our final value proposition requirements as well as benefits activation


Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to conduct journey mapping and business requirements, working with digital, business architects, and technology
  • Ability to facilitate effective meetings with senior subject matter experts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, LOB working group, and key stakeholders to convey information that is accurate and concise
  • Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred
