About the Role

Eyeview is looking for a VP of Client integration. The role is a unique hybrid of engineering, consulting, and technical ad operations responsibilities. It requires understanding client's marketing goals and tailoring Eyeview’s technology stack to achieve those goals.

The VP will build a team that owns client data integrations, video rendering, pre-campaign engineering and will manage day to day operations with multiple data, attribution and media verification vendors. This role will work closely with cross functional teams throughout the campaign life cycle, will take part in the program design and Eyeview’s ability to deliver results as planned. The VP will have the opportunity to impact how campaign operations teams work through tool development and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own full process to integrate marketers into the Eyeview tools & systems: (site tagging, CRM data processing, match provider processing, custom creative production, etc.)
  • Build a team of technical subject matter experts and client liaisons while collaborating with internal teams to drive the execution and delivery of key client initiatives
  • Identify tools and best practices to connect client data to creative and audience targeting
  • Develop process and standards for troubleshooting integrations and technical configurations
  • Advise account teams and clients on specific platform capabilities
  • Manage and mentor large team across the different functions of client integration
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of the team’s output and serve as the primary point of escalation for the team

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates will have an excellent business aptitude coupled with a strong technical background
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, ability to convey technical aspects to a non-technical audience
  • Experience with building process over SAAS tools, identifying efficiencies and continuously improving them
  • Super organized with strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality results
  • Previous digital marketing experience, especially in site tagging tech, mobile advertising SDK’s, or publisher side technology
  • Industry experience from Martech, Adtech, sales measurement is required
  • High level of expertise with web technologies
  • Strong command of SQL and hands-on programming/scripting experience

Experience and Education

  • 5 or more years of experience in a technical role
  • 8 or more years managing teams
  • Proven track record in hiring and scaling departments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field
